Telemedicine appointments are a joke. They book a time in my case 240p and make you wait like you are nobody. Disrespect for the patients time that they took off. 3 times I had a telemedicine appointment I waited 20 to 30 minutes. I hung up and surprise they are quick to call you right away!? So I sat there taking time off and you only call after I sat there 20 to 30 minutes and left cause I need to get back to work? If the doctor is available 30 minutes later then book that time

I'm overly pleased with the professionalism and care provided by each staff member that was present today. They didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all. Care was discreet and quick. I simply walked in and was able to obtain an appointment right away. They are tech savvy, and your intake forms are accessible via a QR code recieved by the front desk receptionist. We need more employees like Jasmine and Lanre. They were very informative and took time to ensure my understanding and rights as a patient. I honestly would recommend this clinic to anyone who may be concerned or leery about healthcare offices or their status. Kudos to the team and founders of this organization 👏🏽 🙌🏾 I hope and pray you all receive the necessary funds to continue this work. Job well done!

Went for free STD/STI testing. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Facility is clean. Staff is polite. Everything is electronic. HIV results were given on the spot. The other results were in the portal within 3-4 business days as stated. I was so please, I made a donation. Keep offering this service, it's so important for everyone to know their status.
