This review is for the Estimate/Install process. Matt came to our home and did a presentation of the product. Shalee out of the London Office of LeaFilter arranged the date and Patrick and Josh did the install. All was done with positive interactions and the job was done well with very little debris left. We look forward to the re-review on our 6 month anniversary of the install to see how the product stands up to our tree lined house! Thanks All!

The team at Leaf Filter were quite knowlegable and in a refreshing twist were only interested in providing the gutter services I actually required as opposed to up selling me on a different product. They conducted a thorough review of my gutters and offered a solution to a water dripping issue by my front door that I have been trying to get resolved for several years now. The representative was able to have the repair person come in the same day. New gutter supports were installed quickly and a new drip shield by the front door was installed as well. Both Leaf Filter representatives were polite and informed. I will not hesitate to use this company again when required.

This is a tough one for me as I initially liked the product and the reviews all seemed to be good. The install and overall functionality of this product actually did almost $1000 damage to my home. Called Leaf Filter about the warranty on it and they said they couldn't send anyone until Monday as it was the weekend and service calls are $95 to start with. My neighbor thankfully had a ladder and helped me patch it for the weekend so nothing got inside my attic. Spent $3600 a year ago for the convenience of not having to clean my gutters all the time. Only to be dealing with a very inconvenient situation shortly down the road. You can see on the photo's the "hidden hangers" were only anchored on 1 half of the 10 foot section of gutter.
