Words cannot express the gratitude that I feel for this company. Not only did they provide a very detailed and fair quote, but their communication and response time were exceptional from the very beginning.

The work that was to be done today was fixing two cracks in our foundation One was done from the inside the other was gonna be done from the outside that was seeping water in into our basement, putting a camera through our Sump pump to check the weeping tile for clogs and to dig out one of our window wells and fix the crack and install a new drain.

Meeting the team for the first time today only confirmed that we had made the right choice.

The guys were Anthony, Eric, and Newton, meeting them we knew we had made the right decision. The guys worked incredibly hard from 7:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. with stopping only for lunch.

They dug out our window well by hand because they knew that bringing machinery into our backyard would have ruined the landscaping. That level of care and compassion meant a lot to us.

The crew was professional, respectful, hardworking, and even shared a few laughs with us throughout the day because as a customer I was quite funny.

I was so appreciative of their dedication that I gave them each $20 for lunch as a small thank you for all their hard work.

I highly recommend this company. You will definitely not be disappointed.

Sarah was always polite and quick to reply when I had any questions. She even called in the evening when I requested; past her work day. That was very much appreciated. The quote and repair timeframe were adhered to. Anthony and Newton worked solid on my repairs and completed them as promised within the timeframe. They were very polite. Anthony noticed I had another repair that needed tending to and they repaired it that day without need for scheduling another repair date. They were clear with the information I needed to know about the repair, explaining what they were doing and why. It will be so refreshing not to worry about a leaking basement when it rains next.

Vary fair pricing the crew and office staff are excellent to deal with answered all of my questions as well . Crew showed up on time very respectful of floors and stairs by covering them up work was done in an efficient manner and never took a break, job was done and they even cleaned up after completion.
Would be very happy to deal with them again

We had a great experience with A1 Waterproofing. They had someone out for an estimate within a day, and after comparing prices we went with A1 because everything was explained clearly and the price was fair.

Once the work started, the crew was always super polite and had great attitudes considering how tough the work was. The whole experience was smooth and we felt completely confident in the work they completed.

They also kept the space really tidy while working and cleaned up well when they left, which my wife seriously appreciated.

Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend A1 Waterproofing
