Very disappointing experience. We were in Grand Bend and placed an order through the Subway app, selecting Grand Bend, but somehow the order was sent to the Parkhill location because the Grand Bend location apparently doesn’t accept online orders.

We called Parkhill within about 3 minutes of placing the order, but were told they had already started preparing it and couldn’t cancel it. Parkhill is about 30 minutes away, and because of a road closure, it took us around 45 minutes to get there.

The biggest issue is Subway’s app allowing an order to go to a completely different location without making it clear enough. A simple order turned into a long drive and a very frustrating experience.

I had the cold cut sandwich at Subway. It was okay overall, with fresh ingredients and decent flavour. The service was good, but the sandwich was just average and didn’t really stand out compared to other times I’ve been there. Still a good quick option when you’re looking for something simple.

Went in and ordered two subs once they handed them over the counter I already knew that something was wrong. That the bread was hard and of instead of replacing it she argued that the bread was super fresh and not hard yet she poked each piece of bread and each one crumbled.. each bite was an explosion of crumbs I doubt I'll ever get my car clean now.

Grabbed the chimichurri steak sandwich which was mouthwatering, as me and hubby were famished. The guy/server was focused until a bunch of rowdy young people came in… I had to ask him if I could finally get my order coz I wasn’t sure what’s happening to him, he seemed distracted by the noise. Overall, he did his job well with my order; there should be 2 staff per shift to deliver a satisfactory service.
