I was looking for a paint for my car and the guy knew Im waiting for a long time already. I saw him talking to this other customer and taking time. He also went to look for some items. And Im still patiently waiting. By the time he is able to talk to me, all he has to say was I should come back next time when it is not raining because he said he needs to scan my car color and if its raining his scanner wont work. He could have told me that earlier and not let me waiting for long! Then I came back when the weather was nice. But he is not there. This other guy said he could just see the paint code on my car door so he will know what is the exact color. So, right away he went and look at my car door. Then he ordered my car paint. When I came back to pick up the paint this same first guy is there. I mentioned to him that the other guy said he could just look at my car door for my paint code. And he said "oh Im not sure but scanning is more accurate. So I asked him if he could scan, and he said "oh not when theres only two of us here". I almost tell him the guy yesterday went very wuick to take a look on my car paint. Plus theres no other customer that time. Well, dont know. Maybe he is just lazy?

Would like to thank Bob and the other 2 staff members whom I did not see their names. Went in at 651 pm Friday evening and didn't realize they were closing at 7 pm. Bob went the actual distance to make sure the screws I was getting would fit for the purpose I needed them. I had the wrong ones and thanks to Bob they fit. Was out of there at 703 pm.

First time at this rona and can honestly say this store has excellent employees, i went in to purchase a makita combo kit unfortunately they did not have it in stock and would have to be ordered, i was helped by an employee named LEE. He did everything and made my purchase experience extremely easy and enjoyable, his customer service is top notch. I'm most definitely satisfied with chilliwack rona thanks to the customer service. They most definitely have my business as a long time customer. Thank you chilliwack rona and especially LEE for your out standing professional customer service.
My next purchase will probably be scissors so i can cut up my home depot card . Thank you chilliwack rona keep up the excellent customer service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It is hard to find help. When we needed.to find help.we literally had to chase them down and request tye overwhelmed cashier to call for help as there had been 10 people on tbe till and 3 people needing help to find things. As we did find someone,each got their own person. The help was professional and educated.

Rona has many items for household projects. They have a garden centre with space enough for vehicles to drive in to collect heavy items.
One note is that the entrance doors do not have accessible buttons, as well as the doors leading into the building area.
I was pushing a cart to pick up a bag of mortar and it was very difficult to get into the building area, out of the building area and then out to my car.
Why are there no automatic doors or accessible buttons? I struggled, but I would imagine anyone with mobility issues would have even more difficulty.
