They were quick to look at my injury, diagnosed the issue correctly and recommended me to see a specialist soon. Thanks to them, I didn't have to go to an ER and spend $000's. They were also very quick to respond to my travel insurance claims. I am very thankful to them.

0 STARS. If I could give this location ZERO stars I absolutely would. DON’T EVEN BOTHER BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT HERE. Apparently, having an appointment means absolutely nothing.My appointment was at 4:00 PM. I arrived 14 minutes early and STILL ended up sitting there for OVER AN HOUR past my scheduled appointment time. So what exactly is the purpose of having an appointment system? To make it even more frustrating, I watched several walk ins come in AFTER me and get called back before me. When I asked the receptionist how much longer I would have to wait, she couldn’t give me any type of timeframe. All she said was, “When a room becomes available.” When I questioned why people who walked in after me were being seen first, I was given another excuse that they had supposedly been there before. At that point I was completely fed up with the runaround and asked the receptionist for her name. Instead of simply stating her name like a professional, she moved her hands to the side with her chest out as if I was supposed to read her ID badge. Meanwhile her badge was partially covered/blocked by a sticker, so her name wasn’t even clearly visible. The attitude and dismissiveness were completely unnecessary. If your office is running over an hour behind, COMMUNICATE THAT TO YOUR PATIENTS. Don’t offer appointment times, have people arrive early, make them sit there indefinitely, and then act bothered when they ask how much longer the wait will be. Absolutely terrible experience, terrible communication, and terrible customer service. This location seriously needs to work on how patients are treated at the front desk. Save yourself the headache and go to the Porter Ranch location instead. I definitely would not recommend this one.

I visited Exer Urgent Care in Stevenson Ranch twice with my 8-year-old son for pneumonia. The medical staff is highly professional, thorough, and attentive. They did on-site X-rays, ran fast tests, carefully checked his vitals, and adjusted his treatment plan right away when needed. They also provided an updated school note. Highly recommend this clinic for pediatric urgent care!

This review is long overdue, but I wanted to make sure these wonderful people received the recognition they deserve.

About a week and a half ago, my fiancée and I stopped by EXER because we were concerned that our dog, who had recently been neutered, was still able to reach his incision despite wearing a cone. We were anxious, and everyone there immediately put us at ease.

A special thank you to Jasmine at the front desk (I hope I remembered your name correctly!) and Christy. They were incredibly kind, compassionate, and genuinely cared about helping us. They found not one, but two cones in different sizes so we could make sure our dog was properly protected, and they wouldn't even let us pay for them.

That level of kindness is rare. They could have charged us, but instead they simply helped because they cared. The only thing they asked in return was that we leave a review.

Thank you both for treating us with such warmth and compassion during a stressful time. We haven't forgotten your kindness, and we're truly grateful.
