I had one of the worst experiences at this location. The staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. We waited over 40 minutes for a simple order of nuggets and signature chicken. During that time, we repeatedly asked about our order, and every time we were told, "We're making it now."
After making us wait all that time, a staff member came to our table and told us they were closing and that we had to leave giving us 10 minutes to eat. The chicken was the worst popeyes chicken I ever had as well. The lack of communication, poor customer service, horrible food and complete disregard for customers' time made this a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this location.

I had to wait over 45 minutes and watch how everyone else got their order first because they chose not to prepare my order promptly. Being polite does not help here because only when I got upset they prepared my meal.

And on top of that they threw everything in the bag with zero presentation whatsoever. Terrible service and terrible food, you lost a very loyal customer for good.

Super deal of $1 for side of fries every Saturday! I loved that there were lots of fries coming out of the small bag. Great Cajun flavours.

And always good service here. Fast and friendly! And it’s a huge space inside with lots of seating. I just needed a quick snack and was pleasantly surprised it wasn’t busy at noon.

I saw some negative reviews at this location and glad my experiences have been great.

I’m a regular customer here, but I’m very disappointed this time and have lost my trust in Popeyes because of this experience. I was served raw, uncooked food. When I noticed it, I immediately informed the staff. I’m totally upset and will never visit this location again.
Honestly I feel not to eat chicken again .. if something happens to my health by eating that chicken they provided , they will be the responsible..

Chicken is always decent, but that’s not the main story here. Anytime I’ve ever asked for a cup of water I’ve always been given one for free. However this time I was told it would cost a dollar, which was pretty egregious. I guess new management took over and are charging you for water now. Will not go back to this location.
