Better check dates - more and more items are expired or about to expire. Way too expensive for this to keep happening. Deli employees are a joke. Bagging needs to be improved when it comes to BYOB (bring your own bags). More and more price discrepancies too: the advertised price is low but it rings up much higher. It’s a shame they have gone downhill when it’s either here or Harris Teeter for a decent clean grocery store in town!

Love this grocery store. The vegetables and fruits are always fresh. I never seen a customer walking a big dog around in this establishment like I did when I use to shop at one particular Food Lion and Walmart.

I’m a Florida resident and my home publix is great. But today at this location i was totally ignored at the lottery counter for 10 minutes then when i asked if someone could help me the employee was quick with me. I had to leave with no ticket because I was so annoyed. Customer service is usually great at this chain but NOT TODAY! I even mentioned quality about the horrible customer service to another employee and no one even blinked.

They have always been so clean and tidy inside. You can easily find the stuff as they are labeled. Their cakes are the best cake that I have eaten so far. Why I didn't give 5 stars is because of 2 things:
1. The parking lot smells terrible.
2. The prices are still a little high.

I give this Publix grocery store 4.5 stars 🤩 if that was possible but never 5!! Bakery goods are awesome 😎 but the staff is beyond rude. I've been refused to order a 24 hrs item from the bakery more than one time. However if I order it online there is no problem.
But it's that good or else I would've already cussed them properly....
