The next time you need flowers for any occasion don't go to the florist. Go to Harris Teeter Arboretum and ask Lily to make you a bouquet. I took my own vase in the other day and told her what flowers I would like and what my budget was and within 2 hours she created the most breathtaking bouquet I've ever seen in my life. Thank you again Lily!

Went to get 2 slices of pizza this evening, the guy working the station was stepping aside as I walked up. I contemplated following him to ask him to come back, but had other shopping to do, so i decided to be an understanding customer and just return in 5 minutes. We'll that was a mistake, when I returned he had it all cleaned up and refused to serve me.

Would have gotten Hawaiian and chicken bacon ranch. The Hawaiian was a full pie the first visit and the chicken bacon ranch had 2 slices left.

Moral of the story, dont be a polite customer, it WILL backfire every time

Aside from that, they are god awful at inventory management. They have bwere out of a spe fix ice cream punt for over a month before restocking finally, and have been out of a specific candy bar, the everything tony bar, for even longer and still haven't restocked. Even when they do have stuff in stock, they NEVER block it, meaning bringing it to the front of its spot, so if an item isnt perfectly at eye level it will look like its out of stock but if you bend over or climb the shelf it turns out they have some in stock, just as far back as possible. I have intentionally been checking the same handful of items to see if they will ever block them for proper display and they have easily gone close to two months without doing this very basic job that all grocery stores do, usually several times a week.

As an ex harris teeter employee about 18 years ago, this goes against all store standards we used to practice. And dont get me started about the scan machines. If you are scanning even remotely with a sense if urgency, it will lock up and call an employee over, sometimes 2 or 3 times for one transaction. Essentially if you are quick and efficient with your time the machine thinks you must be stealing or something, and you cant even scan a coupon without needing employee assistance

My review was 3 stars, dropped it to 2 after adding more info and not getting a response. Will drop to 1 star next week if I still dont have any response or accountability

Every time I visit this store I encounter staff members who behave in a rude and discriminatory manner. It consistently creates an unpleasant shopping experience. I believe Human Resources should review the hiring and training practices at this location.

Who needs an expensive cake when this Location has the BEST cake Decorator(s).
Hands down I always have the best experiences. My children's birthday cakes were beautiful and taste delicious!
If you need an awesome cake this is where you should go! Even speaking to the decorator personally and her going the extra mile to google photos together to get an idea of what I wanted and bringing it to life everytime ! Cheers to you ! Thank you for making these cakes something to remember.
