On 8/28/2026 I purchased my new 2026 G70 Genesis from Genesis of Northampton the customer service I received was exceptional from the bosses behind the desk to the sales person Melissa Thomas they made my purchase so smooth. from the moment I walked in the door the atmosphere was so pleasant and comfortable… Melissa was so good to me she made sure everything was explained to me in a perfect manner she even came in the next day on her day off to make sure she was there when I pick my new car up. I am so pleased with how Melissa explained how ever feature works in my car… I am so happy I chose Genesis of Northampton for my new car. I would recommend it to everyone who’s looking to buy a new car!! Once again thank you so much 😊

Purchased a GV70 Sport Prestige there 2 years ago - in plain English - the worst business I have ever dealt with. Sales process was fine, but service often times didn't answer the phone and almost never returned my calls. It was like pulling teeth to find out the status of my car, which was there for a long period of time. I sent an email to the owner about the poor service, but she never responded. Perhaps this was because I live in Vermont and was considered not important. Genesis makes a great product and I may get another one but certainly not from them!

I made a Review two weeks ago on my experience with an oil change at Hyundai of Northampton.
I was charged almost $170
Well, yesterday I got a call from Sara from Northampton Hyundai and she apologize for the over pricing and asked me what they could do to make It right.
I told her what I thought would be fair, She accepted, and now I am once again, a happy satisfied Customer as I have been for the past nine years.
I also talked to the service manager, and he explained and apologize because somehow there was a glitch in the system, and he now reduced the price of the oil change So anybody thinking about coming to Northampton Hyundai, who will appreciate my effort in bringing it to their attention.
And one final note as I mentioned in my first post, the car is nine years old. Guess who’s going to need a new car very soon even though the Genesis has been one of the best cars I have owned in my life and I am over 70 years old..

I had the incredible pleasure of working with Grant Church to get me into my beautiful new 2026 Genesis GV80. Grant was absolutely fabulous - I immediately knew that he was my perfect fit. Grant listened, provided valuable input, and did not pressure me. He was extraordinarily educated on the vehicle, technically savvy, and helped me set everything up for ease of use. The entire process was a dream. I highly recommend Grant to everyone who wants a stress free, delightful car buying experience!!! I purchased a GV 70 from Elijah and I was impressed with his knowledge and all of the features. He worked with Me to keep the price down and always returned my messages promptly. The finance with Anissa Made it easier to go through the process. She knew her job and was efficient. Very happy with my purchase the car is amazing
