I have been a patient of Dr. SPENCE for over 12 years, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face! He is incredibly talented, takes the time to understand what I want, and consistently does a fantastic job.
Most recently, I had Sculptra, Restylane injections, and Dysport, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Everything looks natural, refreshed, and never overdone—which is so important to me.

Dr. Spence and his entire staff are kind and welcoming from the moment you walk into the office. My visit to this office was unfortunately due to a traumatic accident resulting in damage to my lips/mouth. Prior to finding Dr. Spence, three different plastic surgeons wanted to schedule a procedure for me immediately. Dr. Spence, however, was the only surgeon who recommended we wait before I spend money that isn’t necessary, or have a procedure done that wouldn’t give me the results I was looking for. He has been nothing but honest and forthcoming about my progress and I would recommend him to anyone in the Orlando area.

Dr Spence and his team are amazing. Dr Spence took the time to explain what I needed and is the Dr that won’t do what isn’t needed! Love that! My results are amazing, I could not be happier! He is kind, caring, and a true artist in his work! The staff is so kind and I just can’t say enough on how amazing they are! I had a face/neck/brow lift! He will be my go to for any procedure in the future!
