Duvallis (not sure how to spell her name) customer service rep, had a bad attitude for the very brief phone call we shared today. I didn’t appreciate her attitude and when I called her out on it she didn’t apologize but she transferred me to a banker who could answer my question. The banker didn’t answer, I called back, talked to her again and suddenly she acted like the question she couldn’t help me with 1 minute ago was now obvious and gave me a direct answer. I hope she’s telling me the truth so that I don’t have any problems tomorrow when I drive 5 hours to close my account. I’ve worked customer service for years, so I try to be very clear, kind, and respectful to the ones helping me. She may be having a bad day, but don’t try and make me feel stupid after I was kind.

If I could give a minus I would.
Absolutely the worst customer service by the VP.
Rude, dismissive, disrespectful.
She flat out said " I don't know if the check is real"...this was about a check from our lawyer out of a trust account.
She put an unreasonable hold on our funds.
When we went in today to close our account She was again rude, dismissive, disrespectful...and incorrectly put the the reason for closing our account, she said it was an unused account and we made her correct it to poor customer service as we'd stated.

Rarely do you get personal service at a bank these days. This bank deserves 5 stars. I was there to get something notarized. The Senior vice president was getting ready to leave and he was kind enough to check with his staff on what the people were waiting for. Instead of leaving me to wait for a banker for another 30min-1hour he found out I just needed a notary and stopped from leaving went back to his office and did the notarization for me. His extra 5 minutes saved me an hour. 99% of other bankers would have walked out that door without a second thought. Great job Gregory Palmer and Citizens Bank! Highly Recommend over the big box banks.

I felt terrible for coming in 10 minutes before the bank closed but it was the only time I could make it in and it was a must I open the account today. The staff were extremely empathetic friendly, and helpful. They put me at ease and had me out the door within 20 minutes. Thank you!

Started banking here because a friend recommended them and they were a convenient banking location for my family. We have since moved a good distance away and we still only bank at Citizens because of the amazing VP Michelle Jones. She is great to work with, direct, personable, and takes the time to help. The tellers are always cheerful too. Couldn’t ask for a better banking experience.
