Stay away from this bank! I took out a HELOC with them for a house I owned and their bookkeeping is fraudulent. Double charging interest on their statements. After I overpaid to close out the loan at the closing of my house I received a statement indicating I owed extra interest accrued without taking into account my most recent payment covering additional principal and all of the interest. If they don’t resolve this properly, I will be reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission.

Their customer service has really gotten terrible over the last few years. Everytime you go in there are new people and they are not trained. Use to be a great bank.

I recently took out a home equity loan through Highland Bank. I found them to be responsive, Easy to get a hold of and clear in their explanations of every step. I would highly recommend their services.

LeAnn is very knowledgeable, attentive, a great communucator AND listener. She reflects back what she hears you say for affirmation and clarity. She was very thorough and reviewed with us throughout the process. She was well prepared, very respectful with a sense of humor sprinkled throughout our interaction. We rate her a 15 on a 1-10 rating scale!
