Placed a deli order at ~8 20pm. Pick up scheduled for 9 00pm. Got there at 9 05pm. Haven't even started my sub yet. Nice. And out of brisket. Even better. Canceled the order instead.

Either staff/plan better, or close the deli earlier. Don't let me place an order that you won't be able to fill.

I have been a loyal customer at this Publix location for years, but today’s experience was so profoundly exceptional that I AM writing my first ever review for them. The level of service I witnessed didn't just meet expectations, it set a whole new standard.
It began at the customer service desk with Latana. Her approach was masterful. Before I could even utter a word, she proactively engaged me with a warm, genuine welcome. In today’s world, that level of immediate, intentional hospitality speaks volumes.
The excellence continued at the register during a price discrepancy on an item. The store manager, Bertha, stepped right in. What happened next is the definition of TRUE LEADERSHIP. Instead of delegating the task or passing the buck, Bertha took complete ownership. She personally went to investigate, resolving the issue with incredible speed, efficiency, and absolute grace.
But what truly set this visit apart was the undeniable atmosphere. Both Latana and Bertha operate with a completely different level of excellence. Their energy was AMAZING, it felt like they literally had a light shining over them. When you see a manager lead by example with that kind of joy, it sets the tone for the entire store. They are an absolute credit to the Publix brand and a dynamic duo. THANK YOU BOTH for turning a routine trip into an unforgettable experience!

The reason I am submitting this review is, one of the employees started screaming and snapped at me recently, and I am overwhelmed and I can't keep taking the abuse anymore. I have been sold spoiled, rotten, and stale food from this store location. I also witnessed a dog in the store recently, I could have gotten bitten. When I started complaining and requesting refunds; that's when I started getting traumatized and harassed. I am a consumer, and I have a right not to be harassed while shopping. This store management needs to be held accountable.

I had a great experience at Publix! The store was clean and well-organized, but what really made my visit stand out was Miss Char in the floral department. She was absolutely amazing—so attentive, kind, and on top of everything the entire time I was there.

It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about their work and their customers the way she does. She truly made my visit special, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of her!

Arrived at 8:03PM, the rude young lady in seafood, told me that she couldn’t get me any crab. I didn’t ask for it steamed or anything special. ButJazzy thought best to be ugly and not even. Ask what I wanted! Told me seafood closes at 8PM! Cool beans
