I got a DoorDash order for a matcha and this is pure milk. No matcha at all and I even asked for a shot of strawberry but the color is pure white. Very disappointed

Placed a Grubhub order for 5 drinks, driver shows up with a bag containing only 1! How careless and incompetent are these workers here that you miss 4 whole drinks in an order?! This not the first time I’ve had issues with this location over the years. If I would’ve saw the delivery location was this one, I would’ve never ordered here! Exactly why I always go to 1470 Jonesboro Rd when or if I can!

My experience at this Dunkin location in McDonough, GA was overall decent, although it was noticeably busy during my visit. Despite the high volume of customers, the staff did a fair job keeping things moving and managing orders as efficiently as possible.

Customer Service:
The customer service was okay. The employees appeared to be working hard to keep up with the rush, and while interactions were brief due to how busy it was, they remained professional and focused on serving customers in a timely manner.

Food & Drinks:
I decided to try the new $6 meal deal, which includes a breakfast wrap and a coffee. Unfortunately, I wasn’t a big fan of this updated combo. In my opinion, the previous meal deal offered much better value and variety. It included a breakfast sandwich or croissant, garlic-seasoned hash browns, and a coffee, which made for a more filling and satisfying breakfast. The breakfast wrap wasn’t bad, but it simply didn’t compare to the old option that many customers enjoyed.

Overall:
Even though I wasn’t impressed with the new meal deal, this Dunkin remains a convenient stop for a quick breakfast and coffee. The staff handled a busy environment well, and the location continues to provide the consistency I’ve come to expect. I’ll definitely return in the future, especially for my coffee and other menu favorites.

I’d rate this experience 3.5 to 4 stars out of 5 based on the service, convenience, and overall experience.

Really loved this Dunkin. The order was perfect, the staff was fast and the store was clean and quiet. the smallest store I have visited so far, but no complaints on the respite it provides on a hot day.

I go here alot but this past saturday was horrible so I had to do a review. I pulled up at drive thru at 10:42 a.m. and left at 11:04. After sitting in line forever, noone ever said anything at the speaker after saying hello about 7 times (this is not the first time this has happened) so when I finally made it to the window to order they pulled me up to wait on my food. After spending almost 30 minutes in the drive thru I got to work and took a bite of my breakfast sandwich to find the cheese wrapper in my sandwich. This location needs new management. Over the past few months service has really went down. Disappointed. Slow service and was never even offered an apology for my almost 30 minute wait.
