Last 3 visits, order completely wrong. Traffic nightmare around this location not even worth going back to get the correct order.

If I can give this location zero stars I would because yesterday the girl at the drive thru was very rude with no customer service skills and the guy manager who was there yesterday 8-16-26 at 12:15pm was awful(pull the tape and hear how they were acting towards me, unbelievable). They had me waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes with no one in the lobby and I was the car at the window, then the girl said can I pull around to the front, I asked for a manager then asked him I need to pull around front for 2 tacos and 1 Chalupa? I said it shouldn’t take over 20 minutes to make 2 tacos and 1 Chalupa. He walked away he was no help, he has no management skills nor customer service skills. I then asked for a freeze for my long wait time and inconvenience, the girl said we don’t do that. I asked for the guy manager again, he never came back to the window and they refused to accommodate me. The girl said I could come around and come in to talk to the guy manager, I said that defeats the fact I came to the drive thru for a reason. She wouldn’t give me her name or the manager name, and there were no name tags, so I have to address them by girl and guy manager. The girl go and make a freeze for herself to drink, this is the worse experience I have ever had at a Taco Bell, and unless they make it right my family and I won’t be back. I get home and it’s tomatoes on my Chalupa (pictures attached) and the guy manager made my order, so did he do this on purpose or was he careless? It don’t make no sense if the store manager isn’t there it doesn’t run right and that shouldn’t be the case. I asked when will the store manager be back in so I can notify her and the girl said she don’t know, so here’s my review, and I want my order made correctly or refund me my money back so I can go elsewhere. I’ve sent in my feedback to corporate yesterday I was so upset, to have me waiting that long and to still have a manager make my order wrong is very unprofessional and a waste of my time and money.

Taylor A is on top of it with great customer service! I perfer Tex mex at taco cabana but Taco Bell here has pretty decent food. We ordered and it was made quick and food was hot and fresh! We will come back soon.

We went through the drive thru and placed an order. We asked the cashier if she heard the entire order & she said yes. We pulled around, paid a certain amount which told us she didn't charge us for everything we requested. She said pull around & they'd bring our food out. Needless to say the young lady didn't have the correct order & wouldn't repeat the order back so my husband had to go inside the store to reorder our food & this time he ensured the cashier that placed the order read it back as it should have been done the first time. However the food was hot and very good. I think the cashiers should slow down & instead of just saying "got it," make sure they have the order correct by reading it back to the customer & then asking if they'd maybe like an order of cinnamon twists or Cinnabon Delights. They need more training for sure.

I love me some good cheap eats, and Taco Bell really be coming through when you need something quick, affordable, and filling. The cheesy bean and rice burritos are one of my kids’ favorites, and the spicy potato soft taco is always a solid choice too.

One of my other kids used to LOVE the original cantina chicken quesadilla before they changed how they make it. She still enjoys the Doritos Locos Tacos Supreme though. Me personally, I rotate between the Mexican pizza, the gordita crunch, and sometimes I customize stuff with no meat and extra beans.

Another underrated favorite is the Bell Grande loaded with extra toppings. And the happy hour drinks for like a dollar? That’s honestly one of the best deals out there.

Overall, Taco Bell is convenient, fast, affordable, and actually keeps you full because a lot of the meals include beans and rice. Is it gourmet food? No. But when you want comfort food on a budget that gets the job done, Taco Bell definitely delivers. I’d give it a solid 8.5/10.
