This location can be hit or miss when it comes to the quality and friendliness of the service, portion sizes, and overall cleanliness. The dining room also seems to need attention more often than it gets.

Today was definitely a miss. I ordered online and picked it up through the drive-thru, and as soon as I felt the bag, I knew something was off. The bowl was less than half filled—more like a kids' portion than a regular meal.

If you want to make sure you're getting your money's worth, I'd recommend going inside so you can see the portion before you leave. Today's portion was honestly pathetic.

We absolutely love Chipotle except this is the worse chipotle I have ever been to . Customer service is not the best , no smiles or welcoming atmosphere. The lady behind us ordered half chicken half meat and got more meat than we did . The scoops for sour cream are insane . Your rice and beans should not be swiming in sour cream . Employees did not look happy to be there .

Last minute pickup for a Saturday evening. I haven’t eaten there in years. I saw a commercial on the new honey chicken and thought I would try it. The lady looked tired and the food was pretty good. Could have been better, fresher. It looked like the end of shift pans almost empty but they had a few more hours of open time. It didn’t seem short handed. Once I received my order that I really looked at the condition of the condiment station it completely wiped out. A mess, so obviously the had been busy. They had other employees but only the front end lady seemed to be working. I felt bad for her she was obviously tired.

I have been patronizing this chipotle since they opened to the point I’ve watched them go through every single manager position and regular employee position. Today the new tall light skin manager was making my bowl. She proceeded to not even put a full scoop of steak to the point the bottom of the spoon was largely visible. I asked for a little more steak, mind you the CEO just released a video to ask for more and it shouldn’t be a no, she initially said no and it can be a double steak charge…. Girl you didn’t fulfill the first portion because you deemed the pieces bigger when they were regular cut sizes of steak (former chipotle employee as well), then I mentioned how I patronize here a lot so it’s never been a problem until now, she said well I can add one more piece. Lol. So I went ahead to add double steak like. I normally do and the steak portion again was poor. Yeah please hire managers that genuinely are acting as if you are not already paying $20 for a damn chipotle bowl and you have to fight for extra protein. I just left today for the first time from here without a damn bowl. Over it.

If this isn’t the worst chipotle in a 50 mile radius, it has to be damn close.

The employees at this location are the most apathetic, damn near lazy employees I’ve ever witnessed in any restaurant. There is no sense of urgency. No hustle at all. They all look sleepy and would rather ignore life than face it.

Every single time we go, they NEVER have proteins prepared. The wait times here are ridiculous, because the managers can’t/won’t manage their flow. Today, was no different. In fact, the customer in front of me complained that there was no proteins at 1:30 pm. It was not busy and there were no signs of a previous rush. The woman asked for a manager and the girl dragged her feet all the way to the back to present a manager who was also dragging her feet. Nothing was done. We were told to wait. It’s absolutely ridiculous that this is the experience EVERY SINGLE TIME.

Clean House. Get managers in there that will hold their employees accountable. It’s quite obvious that it’s a free for all in there and the customer is the least important person in the building.
