Never come to this wretched place. I had an appointment at 8:00 AM, but I stood in line for two hours—from 6:20 AM until 8:30 AM—just to get inside. Upon arrival, Security directs you to a specific dock door; you then take your documents to Door 50. At 11:30, the payment for the lamper came through to my phone, and I paid it 369$, It's already 2:30pm and I'm still standing here—nobody is unloading me. First and last time here. Zero stars

I never give Sysco five stars. But today they've earned it. I arrived at 4:30 a.m. for a 6:00 a.m. appointment. Took an hour to get through the line, was an adore by 5:45ish. They started to immediately unload me, waited about I don't know 45 minutes or less for the paperwork. And now I'm out the door. From the guard shack, to the office, and everywhere in between everybody was very nice, professional, And I have no complaints. I've delivered to Sysco In other states, and when I saw the reviews it was nothing surprising. To me it was just, typical. However today was different. Maybe The overlords of the simulation decided to do an update to the software while we were sleeping.

I've been here before a few times and I would always give them 5 stars. The security checking in the trucks, everything moving smoothly 3 or four people at the guard shack. No problem, no worries. But today! there was one lady working. The guard shack God bless her heart. But I got there on time for my 11 o'clock appointment, and I waited in line for 2 and a 1/2 hours before my truck was called to the actual guard shack. She took my paperwork and another 10 to 15 minutes later came out and told me that they couldn't take me today that they were done. Not to mention the 5 trucks that were parked in front of me and the other five trucks that were parked behind me, she was telling telling everybody they couldn't take us today. I'm parked and I'll be there at 6 AM. You I'm just dumbfounded right now!One woman running the whole show from 1030? Until twelve forty nine, no trucks moved from either check in lane until they finally started moving.And being told they wouldn't be taken today!

I’ve been in the lane for 1 hour, unloading took 3 hours, and the BOL is still not ready.
