Missed my drinks couple of times... had to ask and no apology!
Sandwich had broken pieces of cheese and smaller fillets for a Togo order
No proper quality checks in place before handing out food at the drive thru
Very bad experience with this location compared to the other locations in the region.
Need to improve on a lot of things for lacking service etiquette!

I had a disappointing experience at this location on Saturday, May 2. The level of customer service did not reflect the standards that Chick-fil-A is known for.

During my visit, I was not greeted upon entering, nor was I acknowledged while waiting at the counter. I also noticed that other customers appeared to receive more attentive service overall, which made the experience feel uncomfortable. When my order was ready, the employee first placed my receipt on the counter without saying anything. Then, when my food came out, she set it on the counter as well and walked away without any interaction. It may seem subtle, but it came across as rude.

As a person of color, I couldn’t help but question whether race may have played a role in the difference in treatment.

Additionally, a manager (wearing clear-framed glasses) walked by multiple times without offering any assistance or acknowledgment. The only positive interaction I experienced was with a younger employee who told me to “have a great day” as I was leaving.

Based on this experience, I would not return or recommend this location.

Great location. Lots of shade in the parking lot. My visit was just after 2pm and the cleanliness of the restaurant was on full display. I was also very pleased to have a large portion of Chicken on my sandwich. A lot of other locations have gotten very stingy with their portions. Overall a great visit.

If I ask for a chicken sandwich with no pickles, don't pick the pickles off of a sandwich and sell it to me. Do you think I am not going to taste it? The pickle juice seeps into the bread. There is no concealing that. I...HATE...pickles. It caused me to throw the entire thing away. And your food isn't cheap! Get it right the first time. Or you'll lose a customer. And best believe I will take as many people with me as I can.

Got the spicy chicken on a biscuit with an egg on it.

Don’t understand why Canadian fast food restaurants all have such comparably terrible chicken.
