New to the area, but definitely not the brand. One thing I wanted was an Einstein's near me and when I found this place, I have not been disappointed yet. The 7am crew has the best energy you could want from a restaurant. The space is usually clean, consistent communication on order status and fresh brew whenever you walk in. Best location I have visited so far.

I had an outstanding experience at Einstein Bros. Bagels. Fairburn, Ga. thanks to the amazing staff — Tyi, Yanna, and Yami! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm “good morning” and genuine smiles that instantly brightened my day.

Tyi was especially engaging, professional, and delivered prompt, superb customer service from start to finish. It’s rare to come across someone who truly makes customers feel welcomed and appreciated — definitely my reason to smile today!

I ordered the Hot Honey Lox, and it was prepared perfectly. Fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend Einstein Bros. Bagels, and especially Tyi, for A1 service all the way. Keep up the fantastic work!

I normally don't bother to leave negative reviews but I had to in this instance. This morning I was craving a Nova lox bagel and I drove out of my way to this location. I checked my bag before I left and I had no idea that I needed to actually check the bagel too!

After a 20-minute drive home, I opened my bagel to find that it barely had cream cheese on it (zoom in and look at the edges), way too many onions, and no capers at all! Thankfully, I had a jar of capers in my refrigerator. I was going to just add the cream cheese from my refrigerator but it was expired.

This was very disappointing. I went to that location last week and the Nova lox bagel was excellent. 😥

P.S. There were actually more onions but I pulled some off and threw them in the trash before I took this photo.

Great breakfast sandwiches! Love the strawberry banana smoothies as well! Jurnee provided excellent customer service with a smile and even wished me Happy Mothers Day!
