We are extremely happy with our new windows. After 26 years, it was overdue. From the initial sales call with Tony to the installation with Team Sergei, the whole process was stress free. The final product exceeded our expectations. We now have amazing triple pane, energy efficient and easy to open/close windows.

We had an outstanding experience with Eco Choice Windows & Doors from start to finish!

Our sales representative, Joe, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. What really stood out was that he even checked in with us on the day of the installation to make sure everything was going well. That level of care and customer service was truly appreciated and made us feel valued throughout the entire process.

Our installation team, led by Oleh and his two teammates, was absolutely fantastic. They were professional, fast, efficient, and worked seamlessly together. We had six windows and two doors installed, and the quality of their workmanship is exceptional. Everything looks absolutely beautiful, and we couldn't be happier with the results.

When the installation was complete, they took the time to walk us through everything, making sure we were happy with the work and answering any questions we had. They also left everything clean and tidy, which we really appreciated.

We highly recommend Eco Choice Windows & Doors to anyone looking for quality products, exceptional craftsmanship, and outstanding customer service. Thank you, Joe, Oleh, and the entire team for such a wonderful experience!!

My window journey started with a quote from another company 16 windows and a patio door — $55,000. I’m not dramatic, but I absolutely cried. Then I called Eco Choice, and everything changed.

Anthony came out and was an absolute lifesaver. He walked me through every detail, inspected all the windows, and somehow came in under $20,000 for the same number of windows and the same quality plus spray‑foaming the attic. He answered every question I had (and I had a lot), and he even handled the rebate application for me. I didn’t have to lift a finger!

Then came installation day.

Slava and Joe headed the project, and honestly, they were incredible. They arrived right at 8:30, set up quickly, and had everything wrapped up around 330 with workmanship that was top‑tier.

Joe was unbelievably friendly and personable, the kind of guy who makes you feel like royalty in your own home. King of the castle, whatever you needed, Joe was right there making it happen. He was easy to talk to, warm, and made the whole experience feel comfortable and stress‑free.

Slava had this calm, confident “don’t worry, I’ve got this” energy. You could tell instantly that the project was in good hands. He managed the team smoothly, kept everything organized, and was super friendly the whole time.

The entire team was fantastic. They were skilled, hardworking, polite, and clearly took pride in what they were doing. The window framing is seriously breathtaking. My kids said wow I didn't realize how bad our windows were until now lol. They cleaned everything up beautifully no mess, no stress, just gorgeous new windows.

If you can request installers, I highly recommend Joe and Slava. They made an already great experience even better.

Eco Choice turned what started as a nightmare into one of the best home‑improvement experiences I’ve ever had.

I am very happy with choosing Eco Choice. The salesman, Verne, was very polite and knowledgeable. He informed us how to get the most out of government rebates which we took advantage of.

We had 8 windows and a door replaced and they managed to get everything installed within a single day. The installers were hardworking and polite, and definitely took pride in their work. They also made the work site spotless before they left!

The energy auditor for the rebates said it was one of the best improvements he'd ever seen between the pre and post energy audits, which tells me the windows were built, and installation was done very well. The temperature in the house is now more consistent and there are no more drafts!

We have a few more upgrades planned for a few years out and we'll definitely be coming back to Eco Choice.

Excellent Experience with Eco Choice Windows and Doors
We recently had our windows replaced by Eco Choice Windows and Doors, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish.
A special thank you to Joe from the Sales team, who was exceptional throughout the process. He took the time to walk us through all the available options, answered all of our questions, and remained highly communicative from the initial consultation to project completion. His transparency and guidance made the decision process smooth and stress-free.
On installation day, we were equally impressed with Oleh, Viktor, and their team. They arrived early, worked efficiently, and demonstrated a high level of professionalism. Despite having a large number of windows to replace, they completed the job quickly without sacrificing quality. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail were evident throughout.
What stood out just as much was their respect for our home—they ensured everything was kept tidy during the work and left the space spotless once the job was done.
We are absolutely loving our new windows and couldn’t be happier with the results. I would highly recommend Eco Choice Windows and Doors to any friends or family looking for reliable, high-quality window replacement services.
