You have to do better. The volume in this store is massive but the bathroom is like a truck stop with no one to clean it. At least give someone a key to put tp into the toilet paper dispenser and fill the toilet seat covers.

Management at this store is clearly the problem. Employees sitting around, parking lot is full of trash, and the carts are in poor condition and hard to push. The store is in real disorder for still being fairly new. The biggest problem here is the items are not stocked and rotated properly. You have to check the expiration date on everything or you can get screwed! Many items are close to the expiration date and if you pick them, they will be bad in days and you will end up throwing them out and wasting your money! Kroger prices are already high and 10-20% above other local stores like Walmart and other competitors!

Every time I come here there is only two or three registers open and the line is 20 people long. It takes 30 minutes to check out. Staff the store. Stop the corporate greed.

The 5 stars are due to Myatt that works at the sushi counter. She is one of the most phenomenal humans I have ever come across. She deserves all of the recognition in the world! She goes out of her way to adjust the sushi for my son and I so he is able to eat it. She is so sweet and kind. She needs to be recognized for her empathy and gracious generosity! Kroger, please give this woman a raise and praise! PS- K K is amazing too! (The gentleman that works next to her) 😊

OK, so I don’t really want to leave a bad review and This is just more like feedback on what you all can do better.

So this past week Monday as a matter of fact, I placed a birthday cake order for my aunt and the order was supposed to be ready this Friday after 12 PM and I remember speaking with the young lady this past Monday she asked me the flavor of the cake that I wanted, the color of the icing, and the message that I wanted written on the cake & she wrote everything down.

She said everything was fine and the order would be placed. I get to the store today to pick up my cake & I speak to the young lady at the bakery counter and she tells me there is no cake ready for me to pick up under that name. I’m like are you all sure? like I called and I placed the order Monday with a young lady and the other baker behind the counter tells me that there’s only two of them at the moment that work in the bakery and it’s possible that the order could’ve gotten misplaced and I said well I don’t know what else to do like I need that cake and she says do you have any type of proof or anything of me placing the order? I said I don’t have any proof I just called and placed it over the phone I don’t have proof of a receipt or a text speaking of an order so what am I supposed to do?

I said you know what it’s fine you all don’t have a cake I’m not even gonna worry about it. I’ll get it from somewhere else, this is really just a suggestion for Kroger like maybe you all need to come up with a better system for the bakery and when it comes to cakes because this cake is for my aunt who’s older but just imagine if someone had placed an order for a child’s birthday party and it wasn’t ready that child would be so heartbroken because I’m sure they would’ve wanted their favorite characters or something on a cake and I just think you all need to come up with a better system for placing bakery orders.

Maybe you all need to have something within the app where people can place their cake orders that way maybe you all can send a confirmation text of when an order has been placed and when it’s being prepared.

I just know from now on I probably won’t ever place a bakery order with you all over the phone, Nothing is going to get done and I can understand if people are overwhelmed and the young lady told me that there’s only two of them working in the bakery so I’m sure they need a lot of help and I just think you all should do better because I was really looking forward to getting that cake for my aunt and to know that it wasn’t even prepared is crazy!

I don’t know what could’ve possibly happened to my order. I had to go to another Kroger that already had a premade cake and it was nice that I was able to get a cake because this turned into an emergency that I wasn’t even prepared for.
