World class customer service. I arrived about 15 minutes to close and I was greeted with professionalism, smiles and willingness to help. I had options because 2 employees were willing to help.

I felt a little bad because of the time and suggested that I could come back, as I am sure they were ready to go home. Ms. Leah, kept reassuring me that it's ok and she was going to help- AND SHE DID.

SERVICE WITH A SMILE and never made me feel rushed. Another customer came in after me and another employee, quickly beckoned for him and again, SERVICE WITH A SMILE and willingness to help, at the end of the day.

Kudos to a strong team.

Leah was an absolute lifesaver! She’s been assisting me with my phone issues for the past three days, and she’s been incredibly helpful. In April Drew Boasiako set me up 2 mobile lines and a an apple watch which was great however it was under the pretense that I would be receiving a promotion of a $200 gift card. I was told that it would take up to 3 months to receive the card in the mail. Fast forward to the 3 months later I stopped by the store 2 times in that period to see why I hadn't gotten the card. I was told it could take the full 3 months. Drew was very nice in trying to figure out why the gift card promotion didn't arrive and told me to come back the next day. I did and then was able to talk to the assistant manager Bianca Williams who said I should be getting an email that it would be applied by Wednesday. Fast forward to today. I have nothing. I called Drew and Bianca's business card and no reply. I called xfinity and they said the gift would be emailed next business day so we shall see.

I had such a great experience with Deja at the Xfinity store! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcome and treated me with kindness and respect. She was incredibly patient, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I understood everything without ever making me feel rushed. I had an outstanding experience with Deja. She was incredibly polite, kind, and patient, and she took the time to answer every question I had.
