Complete crap! I rented a climate controlled unit here in order to preserve /protect some high end inventory of shoes /clothes etc.. and things were fine until it was time to downsize to a smaller unit -
We no longer needed all the space so we requested a SMALLER climate controlled unit-
The office manager gave me new keys and I arranged to have everything transferred over later that evening once it cooled down (this is Texas)
So I hired some helpers to go transfer everything over to smaller unit and thought nothing of it .. til now...
I went to check on things and almost choked it was like baking in an OVEN in there!! This was NOT climate controlled at all!😡
So I call same manager to say what the heck!? WHY is that unit NOT cooler!??
She said "yeah it's not climate controlled "
I said "why the heck not!?? That's what I've been paying for all this time!!"
She said "well.. the best I can do is move you to another CC unit but the rent is like $30more"
I said "but that's even MORE than what we were paying for the LARGER unit!?" She says "well.. you got a discount back then but you are not considered a new customer now so it's higher rent"😡😡
Unbelievable!! Talk about a SCAM!!😡😡

Victoria is theee best! She's so very helpful and is happy to just be helping I've seen ppl multitask but by far she's the best and Right before the deadline of no entry before 10:00 p.m. she drives around and checks that everyone is going to be safely out before 10:00 p.m. . I've never seen anyone do that before. I've been to other storage facilities in the past 10 yrs. I'm glad I picked this Cube Smart storage! Thank you Victoria you're great 💯👍

We needed to rent a parking space, which isn't always easy to find. CubeSmart had a couple of different options, I was able to do everything online, and then Victoria called just to make sure we didn't have any questions. And then we found out that this location offers a benefit we didn't know about but really appreciate! I'm glad she called and checked on what we needed.

The customer service at this facility is A1. Victoria is amazing! I love the fact that the property manager lives on the property. It makes me feel like I have an extra eye on my stuff. She was very helpful and accommodating as I moved from IL to TX. I will recommend this storage to anyone.
