These guys are the best. Everybody at the rental counter I wish I could hire them. They better give them a raise! These guys are master multitaskers and noah? We are blessed to have him as a main contact. Thank you paul, drew, mike, Nate, Brad, and a few others. Everybody at the front desk has given us unmatched support. Here's to many more years of our relationship with Penske!

I freaking love these guys. The team here is the reason why we continue doing business with penske. Everybody, from Mr Paul, Mr drew, Mr mike, Mr nate, Mr Noah, and Mr Brad to mention a few names. I'm terrible with names so pardon but I left some people out.

Everyone here has just been so incredible since we started renting everything from 53 ft trailers to sleeper tractors to 26 foot box trucks. They have always bent over backwards to give us Reasonable deals, and have always addressed any of our concerns every time. They always have our back even with last minute rentals. Hell or high water they make sure we never go without. The support we get from this team at Penske is second to none. Because of them, we will never go anywhere else for our round trip rentals. We've received rate match requests from their competitors but we will never leave this Penske because we know we will be taking care of by the awesome team of Fort Worth Penske.

These people are so phenomenal and are the model of customer service, and fleet support. I'm happy to say we will always choose this Penske location for all of our rental and lease needs. Thank you guys for being the best support element we could have ever asked for.

Had some equipment issues on the road. No fault of Penske just a normal diesel motor issue. Spoke to Anthony and he made sure I felt whole after the situation. Customer service is just phenomenal. Exactly why I chose Penske.

Booked a semi sleeper with the office our account is based out of (Indy). Ft Worth has six available trucks. Arrive to pick up 2022 truck. Suddenly it has a bad battery and a safety campaign. There’s not six trucks available only a 2016 with 550,000 miles on it.
If you don’t book your reservation with Ft Worth and they don’t get the credit expect them to give you old junk if they get a chance.
