Ashton was a huge help throughout the move-in process and made everything simple, smooth, and fast. He was
very helpful, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. Ashton made sure everything was explained clearly and that we had everything we needed to get settled in without any unnecessary stress or delays. I really appreciate all of Ashton’s help and would definitely recommend them to anyone going through the move-in process.

Kendra is the most caring kind heart person. Her customer service skills are amazing! She definitely deserves a raise. Because she goes above and beyond for the customers. I truly enjoy talking with when I come to my unit! That is why I always will give her a 5 star rating, if I could make it 10 stars I would!!! Kendra you are the best hands down!! Continue to shine your light onto others!!

My dealings with Kendra at CubeSmart have been excellent. She is the most efficient and most helpful manager this location has had in years.
As I have many units at 812 North McDonald I feel quite secure knowing she’s there and checking grounds very regularly. I really hope she’s the manager there as long as I’m there.
