I recently lost my job and was having a hard time paying the fee for my two units, Mike worked with me and found a doable solution that would allow me to get back on track and prevent me from having my items up for auction. The people here really care about the folks they service and are committed to doing everything possible to help their customer's. I highly recommend this establishment for all your storage needs.

Great storage facility. The property is clean, secure, and well maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful throughout the rental process. Fair prices. Access is convenient, and the move-in experience was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable storage.

Extra space has been amazing. What truly makes this place incredible is the store manager Hannah. She is so kind, patient and always has times for my questions. I truly appreciate her kind words and tone everytime she answers the phone or I come into the office. Extra space got lucky with an employee like Miss. Hannah.

Took us less than 15 minutes to secure and tour the space. We received a wonderful deal for our storage needs. I appreciate that there is an app to help us access the property as well. I highly recommend. Cody explained everything quickly and efficiently to us as we were just walking customers we didn’t have an appointment. Everything went smoothly again. Highly recommend Extra Soace as it is immaculately clean and well run.
Been a Frisco resident for over 25 yrs. and this location for me is close by and appreciated.

This location at Custer bridges is the best. Stores my stuff here and moved out of state, took me along year to come back for my stuff and everything was in perfect condition. The location is clean and smells good..
