We had a great experience working with Tom. He is very professional, friendly, and helpful. Tom took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we understood everything clearly. He is genuinely a nice person and was a pleasure to work with. I really appreciate his excellent customer service and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a storage unit.

Here’s a polished review that keeps it honest, balanced, and helpful:

I’ve been a customer at CubeSmart Self Storage for nearly three years, and overall I’ve had a great experience. One of the biggest reasons I’ve stayed is the convenience of the indoor, climate-controlled units. I originally signed up during a special promotion, and it’s continued to be a convenient and affordable option for my storage needs.

Like many storage facilities, the rental rates do increase from time to time, and some of those increases have been pretty significant. Even so, the location, convenience, and overall experience have made it worth staying.

A special shoutout to Tom. He may not be overly chatty, but his professionalism and customer service speak for themselves. He’s always willing to help and has consistently gone the extra mile to find solutions whenever I’ve needed assistance. Employees like Tom make a real difference.

My biggest suggestion for improvement would be the restroom facilities. Having separate restrooms for men and women would provide a better experience for customers, and the existing restrooms could definitely benefit from a thorough deep cleaning.

Overall, I’ve been happy with my experience and would recommend CubeSmart to anyone looking for clean, secure, climate-controlled storage with helpful staff.

I had a great experience working with Jimmie Ann at CubeSmart Self Storage. She was extremely helpful, professional, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. She took the time to answer all of my questions

The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained, which gave me peace of mind about storing my belongings. Customer service truly stood out—friendly, efficient, and genuinely focused on helping.

I highly recommend CubeSmart if you’re looking for a cost efficient, reliable and stress-free storage experience.
