Had a fantastic experience here. The office staff is very professional and treats the customers with a lot of respect. The facility is new, well secured clean. The onboarding was very smooth and instructions crisp and clear. For me the location was a big plus point as well as I wanted a storage central of Frisco, McKinney, Plano and Prosper

Excellent First-Time Storage Experience!

This was our first experience renting a storage unit, and we feel very fortunate to have found Extra Space Storage in McKinney. From the very beginning, Kelly and Nathan were exceptionally helpful, patient, polite, and professional.

Since we were new to renting a storage unit, we had several questions and were unsure about which option would best meet our needs. Kelly and Nathan took the time to patiently explain everything, answer all of our questions clearly, and help us identify the right storage option without making us feel rushed or pressured.

What impressed us most was their gentle, friendly, and respectful approach. They genuinely seemed interested in helping us make the right choice and made the entire process easy and comfortable.

We are truly thankful for their excellent customer service. We feel blessed to have found this facility and especially to have had Nathan and Kelly assist us with our first storage experience.

Thank you, Kelly and Nathan, for your patience, kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service. We highly recommend this Extra Space Storage location!

Nathan is a great employee and assisted me with my accounts. I love this location. It's very clean and well kept. And immediate access near a busy road in McKinney.

I had an amazing experience today at Extra Space Storage! Mike and Kimberly went above and beyond with their customer service. Mike was incredibly friendly, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Kimberly was awesome as well — very kind, helpful, and even gave me lotion when I needed it! You can tell she truly cares about customers while also doing a great job training.
Both of them made me feel welcomed and appreciated. If you’re looking for great customer service and a team that genuinely helps people, I highly recommend this location. Thank you again, Mike and Kimberly, for the outstanding experience!
