Max was personable, very knowledgeable about the product. No high pressure sales, we ended up purchasing our pool that day. We visited 3 other pool companies and Watson was by far the best hands down.

We made a purchase at Watson for a pool ladder. When we got home, we discovered the hardware was not in the box. Max was most apologetic and immediately went on the search. He called me back within 15 minutes saying they would have to get spare parts from another warehouse. The warehouse was less than helpful as they were to locate the missing parts and get back to me. After 24 hours Without hearing from the warehouse, we decided to drive back the 30 minutes to return the ladder we were unable to put together. As I got to the store, Max immediately remembered and recalled our business that we had done two days prior and followed up with the warehouse to no avail. He then set to work on finding a replacement that they had in stock. Needless to say, I was upgraded to the next model, which was in stock without any extra cost to me. Max’s team helped me unload and reload my car and I was off. The four stars go to Max and his team at Watson’s in O’Fallon. The missing one star goes to the warehouse.

Philip was great I loved his personality! He was knowledgeable and informative about the products. He was happy to look up many other choices and options for me .The absolute selling factor for me was he gave me the information I needed let me choose and decide on my own and even encouraged me to come back once I made up my mind!
