My experience was a little unique. My house flooded and Carpet Weavers came to the rescue to replace my floor.

The material had separated in a couple spots and Carpet Weavers was great to come out and evaluate the areas right away. After, they decided the floor needed to be redone. Thank you to the installers for recognizing the same problem at the next installation. That brand of flooring was faulty. Carpet Weavers allowed us to pick a different flooring even changed color and after the insulation we couldn’t be happier.

I had a very disappointing experience with Carpet Weavers. From the beginning, the process was extremely unprofessional. It was difficult just to get someone out to measure my home, and even that seemed poorly organized.

What was even more frustrating was what happened afterward. Once the measurements were completed, I never heard from anyone again regarding the next steps. No one contacted me to discuss carpet options, schedule an appointment, or move forward with the installation process. I had to wonder whether they even wanted the business.

Good communication and follow-through are basic expectations when making a major purchase like new flooring, and Carpet Weavers failed on both counts. If a company can’t manage something as simple as staying in contact with a potential customer, it doesn’t inspire confidence in the quality of their service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Carpet Weavers to anyone looking for reliable and professional customer service.

We found the exact carpeting we were searching for at CARPET WEAVERS in Springfield. We also purchased two flex steel chairs from their wonderful inventory of furniture. It was a pleasure working with CHELLEY Gerber, the sales person. The men who delivered the chairs were very impressive and helpful. We would definitely recommend CARPET WEAVERS. This is our second major carpeting purchase within the past few years.
