I recently had the pleasure of working with Advanced Level Roofing, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the initial consultation to the completion of the project, their team demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and outstanding customer service.

The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and maintained a clean and organized job site throughout the entire process. The quality of workmanship was excellent, and they took the time to explain every step of the project, ensuring I felt confident in the work being performed.

A special thank you to Sage, the Administrative Assistant for Insurance, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and made navigating the insurance paperwork and communication seamless and stress-free. Her professionalism and attention to detail were greatly appreciated and helped make the entire experience much easier.

What impressed me most was the company's attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results. The finished roof looks fantastic, and I have peace of mind knowing the job was done correctly. Their pricing was fair, transparent, and free of any unexpected surprises.

I highly recommend Advanced Level Roofing to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy roofing company. They exceeded my expectations, and I would not hesitate to use their services again in the future.

Staff was courteous and returned my call when I was looking for a quote. Spoke to 3 other companies requesting a quote. They either didn’t show or told me I would have to call back. Crew that did the job was on time, courteous about the noise and made sure they were not disturbing the neighbours. Work was done fast, within 2 days. Clean up was well done. Laid down tarps used a magnet to pick up any nails. Admin staff kept me in the loop throughout the process so we always knew when things were planned. Roofing is an expensive bill for any home owner. These guys did a 50% down with a 50% when job was completed and the final price matched the quote.they did not hit with any extras. Would definitely use them again.

We knew we needed to have our roof fone andkept putting it off. Tristan was in the neighborhood using a drone to look at roofs in our neighborhood. He stopped by and we set up a visit the next day. He was so thorough and answered all our questions. Even came by again after I changed my mind on the color. He had said said since it was the busy season, we could expect it in the fall, late September. To my Surprise they installed it in August. The crew were fantastic. They took care of all the cleanup. In less then 7 hours it was done.
Would recommend them 100%
