I’ve dealt with No Water Roofing on multiple occasions over the years, both for our business/medical clinic and for personal work at my own home, and I honestly cannot recommend them enough.

They completely rebuilt and restructured the roof for our clinic almost 10 years ago, and the quality of their work has been outstanding with absolutely no issues since then. Their pricing was very fair and competitive, and the entire experience was professional from start to finish.

More recently, they also helped me with some roofing and soffit issues at my home, and once again they did a fantastic job. The team was reliable, skilled, efficient, and clearly takes pride in their work.

In my opinion, No Water Roofing is one of the best companies out there for any roofing related work. Highly recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of working with No Water Roofing, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience from start to finish.

From the very first interaction with Mali, they were friendly, responsive, and took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and professionally. They were also very reassuring, which made me feel comfortable and confident moving forward.

When the project manager, Lawrence, came out for the inspection, they were thorough and knowledgeable. They explained that the issue I was experiencing was related to a leak and condensation, and walked me through the proposed repairs in a clear and honest way. They made sure I fully understood the scope of work before anything began. I especially appreciated their integrity, my situation only required a small repair, and they reassured me instead of trying to upsell a full roof replacement on my brand-new home. I would also like to note that the roof was not originally installed by them, which makes their honesty and professionalism even more commendable.

The repair itself was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. The team arrived on time, worked diligently, and left the area clean once the job was done. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and it’s clear they take pride in what they do.

What impressed me most was the follow-up and after-service care. They made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction and remained available for any additional questions.

On top of all that, their pricing was fair and reasonable for the level of quality and service provided.

Thomas and his team have flawlessly executed 2 residential and one commercial projects for me and my company . Thomas professional experience and knowledge makes the roof project process easy and straightforward. Called them for attic rain issue in my home. It was very easy to book the inspection and Lawrence showed up on time. He did a great job explaining the issue and what fix was required. I was given a fair estimate for the work, the job was performed very well and on time with no hidden costs. Very professional and quick service. Definitely recommend them for roofing work.
