Gentleman up front who initially helped me was super helpful and precessional while still being personable. I had a time crunch to get my tire fixed because I was only lunch break and only had an hour, I was done in 20 min.

Picked up a crazy bolt in our tire, and Joe was able to get us in quickly and driving safely home in under 2 hours!

I’ve had outstanding experiences at Commercial Tire in Idaho Falls on 17th Street. I first brought my car in for a transmission fluid flush, and Joe took excellent care of me. The pricing was excellent, and I didn’t have to wait forever, he got me in quickly and communicated everything clearly.

I went back later to buy a new set of all weather tires, and again Joe went above and beyond. He gave me all the information I needed, was extremely helpful, and had me in and out right away. Again this is important! I feel like I’m stuck waiting for hours here like I have at other places.

Commercial Tire has earned my trust. I definitely recommend them, and I’d give them more than five stars if I could.

Great customer service, and great tire service. I visited the store in my search for tire replacement for all four tires. They educated me on the tires and the ones which suited my needs. They were not pushy just informative. I decided to go with them and when I went in to change my tires they suggested an alignment and then run the total cost. The service was fast. They came back saying I didn't need an alignment and that was taken off the total bill. I was impressed with their honesty and service. I would have had no idea they didn't perform an alignment. It's the simple things that get me and I am definitely going back.
