This location uses bait & switch tactics. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, and when they brought out my cabin air and intake filters, the cabin air filter was filthy. I asked Nate how much it was to swap it out and he said $25.00 - a bit much, but for the convenience, sure. When he rings up my total, he scrolls so fast through the itemized list, I was unable to see the charge for each. Thankfully, I know how to do math and the total was more than expected. He charged $40 for the air filter. When I asked why it was $40 when he told me $25, he mumbled tarrifs and taxes. No, that is not how that works. He offered me a $10 discount like he was doing me a favor. Absolutely incredulous.

Just Came in today to get an oil change closer to the end of the day, Alex was amazing and got everything done for us even tho it was the end of the day for him and was super nice and helpful for us truly appreciate him!

I went to the 1047 location for an oil change before they did anything I was told I had much longer until my next needed oil change I was very glad they didn't do an unnecessary service just to charge me! I got my tires rotated and an alignment done they fit me right in. Customer service is fantastic! I didn't catch her name but the gal with the dark hair at the front walked me through pricing and future repairs I might need. 10/10 y'all will see me again

I had an oil change done on Friday. On my way out of town Saturday morning, I noticed a leak and went back to Grease Monkey. I was already anxious because of other factors. These young men didn't miss a beat. They acknowledged my concern and took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle. No fault of theirs and no charge for the extra time to take a video and tell me what to address with my mechanic when I got home. Above and beyond! These guys were all pretty young but knowledgeable and kind. There's hope for Gen Z! These guys are great! Give them a chance if you haven't already. They're AWESOME!
