I had one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had in a long time at a food establishment. I went in just for chips and salsa, and there were two ladies behind the counter who were super quick with their service and very kind.
When I made it to the salsa bar, I met a lady named Snoe, I hope I didn’t misspell her name. She was so sweet and welcoming, and we had such a lovely conversation. All the while, she continued cleaning and making sure the place was well taken care of.
Thank you for that simple interaction that truly set the tone for my day. I appreciated all three of those ladies, especially Miss Snoe. She’s a beautiful soul.

PSA for: Connor From the moment you walk through the door, his positive attitude, energy, and genuine personality set the tone for the entire experience. As the first person you meet on the line, he makes every customer feel welcomed and valued.

What stands out most is his leadership. Connor’s professionalism, consistency, and enthusiasm are clearly reflected throughout the entire team. You can tell he leads by example, creating an atmosphere that is friendly, efficient, and customer-focused. The staff works together seamlessly, and that starts with the culture he helps create.

I was a loyal Chipotle customer for years, but Connor and the team at Moe’s completely changed my mind. The service, hospitality, and overall experience are on another level. Thanks to Connor, I have officially joined the congregation of Moe’s Southwest Grill!

Corporate leadership should recognize and appreciate employees like Connor. He is a tremendous asset to the brand and a perfect example of what outstanding customer service looks like.

Went in yesterday because I wanted something other than chipotle. My fiancé ordered a $16 quesadilla for it to literally taste like NOTHING even added queso, onions, rice, beans and some sauce and it still tasted bland!? That’s very concerning for a place to charge you as much as they did for the quesadilla. He couldn’t taste the meat queso or onions and I tried it because I thought he was joking but I’m pregnant and that absolutely tasted like NOTHING!!!! You should be ashamed DO NOT GO HERE I would’ve rather ate Chipotle today because this was not worth the money and Chipotle you can taste their food.

I came into Moe’s at 7:30 PM on April 9, 2026, and had one of the most frustrating and disrespectful experiences I’ve ever had at this location.

The employee who told me his name was Nick was extremely unprofessional from start to finish. While preparing my food, he repeatedly handled other surfaces and items and then returned to my food without changing gloves. That alone is a serious hygiene issue.

I ordered a steak stack, and when he broke the top tortilla into pieces, he still tried to serve it that way. I politely asked him to replace it with a proper tortilla, and instead of simply correcting the mistake, he became visibly irritated.

From that point on, it felt like I was being punished for speaking up. There was only one person ahead of me, yet my wait time became unnecessarily long. He left my food sitting on the grill until one side was burned, and then handed it to me unwrapped, waving it around in the air like a church fan.

When I told him my food wasn’t wrapped, he argued with me and said that’s how it comes. I made it clear this is not my first time ordering this exact item, especially for takeout, and that is not how it’s served. Instead of fixing it, he walked away and then aggressively slammed the food down on the counter.

At that point, I asked another employee, Mi’Kevion, for his name so I could report the situation. He claimed it was his “first day” and that he didn’t know anyone working there which is simply not believable, as I come to this location regularly (I go to EOS gym next door) and have seen him there before.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this experience crossed multiple lines food safety, customer service, and basic professionalism.

I will be expecting a refund or replacement, and I strongly suggest management address this immediately.

We don’t eat at moe’s very often. But we went there for lunch today and it was fabulous. We ordered the home wrecker and regular adobo chicken bowl. The bowls were nice and friendly and the service was awesome. Will definitely be back. And the food was delicious!!
