This location had tasty food but a couple of issues. As i walked in I saw an elderly man with two canes struggling to get to the counter. He had ordered two sandwiches the Mrs got hers, ate it and he had been waiting stewing for over 10-minutes according to him, his wife had finished and according to him the counter employee said she would bring his sandwich right away and instead it got stuck in a pick up window. Elderly cannot alway hear people shouting a name , plus he had been told they would bring it to him. I doubt he will return. I ordered Chicken Strips with a side of mac n cheese repeated that twice. but still got waffle fries. eh. oh well they were eaten. So I dont know if they had a bunch of new hires 8/15/26 or if they are off their game. The man did call a manager and when the counter person brought his now not so warm sandwich she smiled and said there you go, all is good. probably not, he was pissed and now this review. Most CFL I have been to across the US would have bent over backward to make sure he first got his food promptly but if they made a mistake would not have made light of it. Sad. Will I go again. probably. I will change the review if its better. After all if they did have a bunch of new hires, it takes a hot minute to train.

Recommended at this time! To be a bit more specific, I give it 4.5 stars. 1/2 star off is because there have been two occasions we noticed a glaring inconsistency with a certain menu item. We will update if we see it again. The food is always good and the orders are correct from what I recall. *Important to note that this location offers drive-thru, mobile pick up, window pickup and OUTDOOR dining area only. We don't mind it at all. If we must have indoor dining we go elsewhere or get takeout if we are able to head directly home. NBD

I come here often and they’re generally great. I love the mobile thru line and the staff is always nice. The main reason I didn’t give a full 5 stars is because I always mobile order, which means I always put the exact number of sauces that I want/need on my order. I’d say they get it right about 85% of the time. It’s not always, but often enough to have noticed that they seem to not always pay attention to the count. If I notice this change in the coming months I will definitely edit the review.

Edit: I had to lower it a star rating because even though they’re kind with service, this is the third or fourth time I order a fruit cup and they don’t include silverware. Nobody wants to eat mandarin orange slices and cut strawberries with their fingers. I shouldn’t have to check for basic needs before leaving but now I’m going to have to every time, and I hate that.

New edit May 2026 - now I’m just getting the complete wrong item. Tell me if in this picture you can see that I ordered nuggets at all? I am so over this location. They are kind, which is… good. But I’d honestly rather mediocre service paired with a CORRECT ORDER! I’ve had 4 issues since my last update and it’s only been a month since I last updated. This is so ridiculous. Good job lowering yourself from a 5 star down to a 2 star through continued incompetence.

New edit June 2026 - they have been getting better. The last few orders have been correct in all ways, so I’m increasing the overall star review back to 3. Hoping this continues and lets me raise it back up higher. :)

We always have a great experience at Chick-fil-A. The food is consistently fresh, hot, and made correctly. Even on busy days, the staff stays friendly and keeps things moving quickly. On the rare occasion that something gets messed up with our order, they fix it right away without any hassle. It’s one of the few places where customer service still seems to matter, and that’s why we keep coming back.

This was such a fun new designed ChkfilA. 3 drive thru lanes one solely for Mobile orders. Jeronimo was very informative and helped me to decide if I wanted to try the new Cherry Berry and it was so good! We went late evening after leaving the ER they do close at 10pm now. They have walk up windows and outside tables and lots of lot parking. Cute little place! 5 star!
