This location is not managed well. We eat here almost every Sunday for lunch. They prioritize online orders while the line continues to grow. We waited over 35 minutes to order today! My son and family ordered and then they stopped to fill about 3-4 online orders before we were able to order, separating our group! We must finally leave a review to warn other customers. This location needs better processes and leadership. We really want to continue being a loyal customers but today was ridiculous. Online ordering should be offered to bring in new customers, not punish those there in person.

I loved Moe's and went there with some consistency for several years, but I'm probably going to stop wasting my money here. The staff is wonderful and the restaurant is clean, but they've gotten INCREDIBLY STINGY on their portions.

$15 for a quesadilla that has barely anything in it? $10 for a bowl of queso that doesn't even come with half a bag of chips? Getting a handful of sad, broken chips with each $12+ entree? It's pretty insulting, honestly.

I don't know if it's a corporate thing or local management making these calls, but these greedy decisions are going to hemorrhage customers soon if not already.

TL;DR- Staff are lovely, but I do not recommend eating here because the portions DO NOT remotely justify the prices.

I just love Moe's. I decided to try ordering through their app, and its so easy. I had called the store with a question and they were more than helpful! Great prices, good food, and nice people. They've got a new repeat customer for sure!

I went to Moe’s for lunch today with my 17-year-old daughter to get a to-go order.
While waiting in line, I saw the employee giving a huge amount of meat to the person in front of us. I even thought, “Wow, that’s nice, they’re very generous.”

But when it was our turn, she hesitated and didn’t even come to us right away. Maybe because we’re Asian? When she finally took our order, she looked annoyed, unfriendly, and didn’t greet us at all.

I ordered a steak bowl, and I’ve been to this location many times — but I’ve never received such a tiny portion before. When I came home and counted, there were only 10 small pieces of meat.

She barely looked at me, acted like she was disgusted, and kept saying “What? What?” like she couldn’t understand us. I know I have an accent, but my daughter is a native English speaker, and she treated her exactly the same way.

It honestly felt like she looked at us as if we were some kind of beggars coming to ask for free food.
We are not dirty, not poor, and not smelly — we are educated people who simply came to enjoy lunch.
Her behavior was completely unacceptable and clearly racist.

To summarize:
1️⃣ She was friendly and generous to the customer before us.
2️⃣ She was rude, didn’t greet us, and treated us like trash.
3️⃣ She looked at us like we were beggars asking for food, not customers.
4️⃣ She didn’t look us in the eye and kept saying “What?” repeatedly — a common way racist people try to belittle others.

This woman ruined our day.
I used to love Moe’s, but after today, I don’t want to go back.
I hope the manager reads this and takes it seriously — because no one deserves to be treated this way.

Great customer service and very good choices for meats and veggies as well as sauces. I strongly recommend this place for a quick bite or for a sit in as they have a very nice dining room and their patio set up is also great. I appreciated the condiment choices as you could pick whatever condiments you wanted with the salsa.
