This was honestly one of the best steak experiences I’ve had. The meat was cooked to the exact doneness I requested, which is something surprisingly few restaurants get right. I’ve been to many restaurants, and it’s rare to find a kitchen that truly knows how to cook a steak perfectly.

On top of that, Alejandro provided exceptional service. He was attentive, friendly, professional, and made our entire dining experience even better. His service was beyond 5 stars!

I highly recommend this restaurant, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you for an amazing meal and outstanding hospitality!

We were just passing through and decided to stop at LongHorn Steakhouse, and I'm so glad we did! From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Our food came out quickly, was cooked perfectly, and tasted amazing.

The steaks were tender and flavorful, the sides were fresh and delicious, and everything was served hot. Even while traveling, it's nice to find a restaurant that makes you feel taken care of. The atmosphere was clean, comfortable, and relaxing after a long day on the road.

If you're looking for a great meal and excellent service while traveling, this LongHorn definitely delivers. We'll absolutely stop again the next time we're passing through. Highly recommend!

The food tasted good, but the service left a lot to be desired.

We had a party of 15 during graduation season and were initially told the wait would be about 25 minutes. When we arrived and checked in, we were then told it would be much longer. After waiting about 40 minutes and asking for an update, we were finally told our table was being prepared and were seated shortly after.

Our waiter was friendly and took our drink order and the kids' meals right away. However, I timestamped our order at 7:31 PM. Our drinks didn't arrive until 7:57 PM, and the waters didn't arrive until 8:05 PM. The kids' meals and appetizers, which were ordered at the same time, also didn't arrive until 8:05 PM.

A side item I ordered at 7:31 PM didn't arrive until 8:16 PM and was completely cold when it reached the table.

We also requested a high chair for our baby. We were told none were available. Later, I checked again with the host, who asked whether I had spoken to our waiter. I explained that I had, and she said she would look around for one. Unfortunately, no high chair was ever brought to our table, and no follow-up was provided.

I understand that graduation season creates larger crowds and additional pressure on staff. However, those are predictable events, and restaurants should be staffed accordingly. The food itself was good, but the lack of communication, long delays, cold food, and failure to assist with a simple high-chair request made the experience frustrating.

I hope this location can improve its service because the food was enjoyable, but the service did not match the quality of the meal.

Last time I went to LongHorn Steakhouse was last century and the restaurant has gone a long way. The atmosphere and restaurant design is very nicely Western but not an over the top country western, which makes it tasteful and fitting as a restaurant that cares far more about excellent value food than decor and culture but keeps some subtle semblance of style close to its heart. Started with Wheat bread and butter and onion soup and Seasoned chicken wings, cheeseburger and fries and the Outlaw ribeye steak. The 20 ounce Outlaw Ribeye steak was excellent and perfectly cooked to my order and for the price I believe it is a fantastic deal, at some upscale up market joint the exact same steak would be at least twice the price. I am glad to have stopped by since last century.

Stopped by LongHorn Steakhouse at The Falls for lunch and had a great experience. We ordered the churrasco and ribeye, both flavorful and nicely cooked, with generous sides. The bread was warm and delicious, the restaurant clean and comfortable, and the service friendly. A solid choice for a relaxed, satisfying lunch. We’ll definitely be back!
