We stumbled upon Baires tonight while exploring Doral and I am SO glad we did! Luis was absolutely phenomenal!! We sat at the bar and he made me the most delicious spicy tequila cocktail, followed by a fantastic Argentinian Malbec. But honestly, what made the evening so memorable was Luis himself. He was warm, personable, attentive, and just an absolute pleasure to chat with. You can tell when someone genuinely enjoys what they do, and Luis is one of those people who makes you want to come back.

We’re in Miami for one night before leaving on a cruise tomorrow, and we loved our experience so much that we’ve already decided to come back for lunch on Friday when we return! We didn’t even try the food tonight, but if it’s anything like the drinks and hospitality, we’re in for a treat.

Baires Grill in Doral is an absolute staple for anyone craving high quality Argentine cuisine, the steak is always cooked exactly to specification and the empanadas are honestly some of the best in the Miami area. The atmosphere works perfectly for either a business lunch or a relaxed dinner with family, and the outdoor seating option is great when the weather cooperates. Service is consistently sharp, attentive, and welcoming, which makes the overall value completely worth it. Highly recommend checking them out if you are around Downtown Doral.

Really nice and elegant dining experience. That French onion soup was delicious! I ordered the breaded chicken and it was very juicy! I’m definitely going back there.

Table for two: The service was definitely better than the food. Going to be straight...the skin skirt steak was just ok. The skin was soft and very chewy. The meat itself was tender but add the chimi or add some of the salt they provide on the side for more flavor if you need. The appetizer platter with blood sausage, chicken, empanada, was good. Blood sausage meat was very tender,not salty, had bits of cartilage that are larger than what i used to but ok. Beef Empanada was ok too. Now , truffle fries here are not really truffles. It is a lightly fried fries with shaving of parmasean cheese on top. The fries were delicious but the topping just thrown on there like that was like the standard of fast food chilli fries. See pic below. The ambiance inside the restaurant, tonight,on a Friday, confused me a bit. The restaurant setting was very nice, top, high class low light intimate feel, BUT the dj was playing upbeat club music?. The patreons were majority older crowd. Not really a place I'd consider for a club type venue. The 2 small tables they have located by the windows just past the entrance door felt crowded and "in the way". It was the busiest aisle next to the bar. It was not a comfortable spot to be seated at and it was very difficult to hear anything but the dj music. We asked to be seated outside and they gladly accommodated us at another table for 2. The outside was much more spacious and quieter. It was a better experience and the waiters were very attentive. ANTHONY did a wonderful job with service to our Table. Thanks Anthony! I have been to many 5 star michelín restaurants, the food was overpriced the quality. I dont usually post such critical reviews, but for $300, I wanted to share that it really felt like an $80 experience.
