This is a great place to go if you want your order all screwed up. Ordered a club sandwich to go, requested no honey mustard, well when I got home it was smothered in Honey Mustard, they also decided not to put any bacon on my sammy. I thought it came with a pickle, but it didn't. My sandwich was completely disheveled. I know it's not much, but if your going to do something and especially buy something, IT SHOULD BE RIGHT!!!!!

I’ve visited McAlister’s multiple times and have noticed the same employee working with their hair down on several different visits. I understand that accidents happen, but seeing it repeatedly is concerning, especially when working around food. I would hope management could address this with the employee and ensure proper food-service hygiene standards are being followed consistently. I enjoy McAlister’s, but this is something that should be taken more seriously.

Pick up process is not good. Order was not ready on time. They said it would be a minute, but then forgot about me and I had to ask them for my order again 10 minutes later and it was sitting in the back. Had it been up front I could have just grabbed it when it was ready. Also the service and friendliness leaves much to be desired. This was my 2nd time trying lunch and the first time my order was not complete and soggy. And I had the same issues with friendliness and promptness then also.

Was very delicious! Very reasonable on prices! Sweet tea very good! Clean restaurant! Friendly staff! Got food out to us in a great time, food was hot, salads was big! Mac n cheese was very cheesy would recommend it! We sat outside and it was very nice, some bird fly around but do not bother you! So much food could not eat it all! Very happy with our experience here and will be back to try more things on menu!
