Listen. Coming to a facility, especially a roofing company it shouldn't take 3+ hrs to unload a truck. This facility has a dock, but that's neither here nor there. They're SLOW. drivers if you value your time, like I do, do not waste your time going there. They do not care about getting you in and out. You'll be there for hours... I've unloaded trucks with a pallet jack quicker than they can with a dock and a forklift operator. Pitiful. They're on my DNR list....

Maybe teach your drivers how to drive! Or have another company drive for you. Either way. A large hauling vehicle should not be driving like a teenager in a Honda car.

Nice friendly people. Delivery dock is a bit tight . If you come in driveway and swing to the left, then straight back across, it puts you in the right area. (May need to back down the exit lane of driveway to make the left and get straight for the backing.) Hopefully this helps.

I'm a truck driver and I brought in a load. Good staff , helpful quickly told me where they wanted me to park for unloading. Only downside not much room for trucks had to wait on there truck for 30 minutes . To get out of only flatbed spot.

Very helpful staff. They have what you need in a roofing business. Great customer service. the guys on the dock take care of you as soon as you get your order put in.
