Placed two orders online for pick up through drive thru after work. It said they'd be ready at 6:45 and 6:47.
I drove up at 6:44. The kid at the speaker said didn't have it yet so they'd bring it to the Reserved For Drive Thru parking space.
It's been 30 MINUTES.
Still no food.
I tried going inside and, fifteen minutes later, I left with a half melted ice cream, my drink and my sandwich... without half the toppings I'd paid extra for.
Unreal.
*As I waited for them to get my order together I watched the cook repeatedly move fries around from one customer's box to another. Yuk.

Only got the ice cream. Was very good. Wait time was long. Staff Seemed disorganized, but we're very pleasant.

Sat in drive thru for 15 mins after being told to wait a moment at the speaker. Everytime we come here its a mad wait. Only have like 2 or 3 people working during the busiest times. Workers are rushed and rude. Would not recommend going here if you are trying to be quick.

We ordered online and the app said it would be ready by 7:08pm. 7:42pm comes along and its finally ready and we get home, and come to find out we are missing ⅓ of our order. This has to be the worst dairy queen in the city. Other online orders were coming and going and the drive thru was moving totally fine. Why they had an issue with order is beyond me. Their excuse was "short staffed" but yet everyone else's food was coming out quick. Absolutely terrible.

This is a solid DQ. It is in a convenient spot down the street from Concordia Lutheran High School. The food was okay, the Blizzards were the best, but there burgers taste processed. The fries are better than their Cheese Curds for sure. I might come here again if it was convenient for me, but not for much other reason. The people here are nice.
