Aint noway this store has a 3.9 rating after what I witnessed the other day. Either my comment was deleted or didnt go through inside the establishment. The pregnant lady very rude and unfriendly she talks to you like shes on the streets I didnt see her do anything but walk around eating food. Is she a manager? Her customer service skills sucks. Seems yall hire anybody and everytime i come in the atmosphere is terrible the body language is terrible and someone behind the counter is always arguing with someone else. If upfront is that bad I can only imagine what the back is like. Not sure who runs this place but they need fired.

Today is my birthday and my mom stopped in to get me my usual meal, whoever the lady was working at around 8 P.M needs to learn customer service and do her damn job better and I say this also working in customer service. Checked the food before leaving and didn't see gravy in the bag but when my mom went back in that lady implies she was lying then slammed it in a bag. Maybe she was pissed about another person that was in at the same time wanting a refund but that's no excuse to take it out on somebody else over a very minor order. If I wasn't raised with manners I would have said something. Probably won't be back there again for awhile. Hope she learns her job by then.

I ordered DoorDash. I did not receive the honey or butter for the biscuit. (It was ordered)
The baked beans (that were delicious) was about two spoonfuls and they didn't even fill half the cup. Otherwise, it was good food.

I ordered sandwich with no pickle, it came with pickle no sauce ! The potato wedges were not cooked all the way. The rest of the food was good, however the only thing I got for myself was the sandwich…. Was looking forward to eating the way I ordered it.

Made an online order at 6:40pm. The reciept said it would be ready by 7:17pm. Entered the drive thru at 7:20pm and they havent even started my order! Asked me to pull over and they would bring it out. Been sitting here for another 30 minutes and still no food!! This service is god awful! This was my first time here and will definitely be last!
