Went through the drive thru. Ordered a whopper, original chicken, bbq bacon Swiss whopper, large onion ring and medium fry. Got him to the bbq bacon Swiss sandwich not in the bag. Tried to call 5 times and no answer. Went back to get my sandwich. They also replaced my fry. Great. Got home and I had a regular whopper with no cheese and no bacon. They did however put the bbq sauce on it. So I had a whopper with bbq sauce. They didn’t even put the fried pickle chips on it. It had regular pickles. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’m not going back for a third time

Ordered a whopper this morning. I do this every so often after fining out a long time ago you can get one even at breakfast time. Never have I had a problem yet this morning I was told it would be quit a wait. She seemed annoyed I was even ordering a whopper. She let me know it is breakfast time not lunch. I asked her how long of a wait and she said at least 10 minutes. Here’s the crazy thing they did not have one single person in the lobby or their drive-through. I left and went somewhere else

Edit: I decided to go to E Main Burger King and they was super friendly!! I asked for a whopper and they gave me no problems or attitude!! Hopefully the manager see the review and talks to the rude employee. Maybe she need to go to E Main so they can teach her how to appropriately talk to customers

This was a terrible experience at Burger King which is a shame. When I arrived I had just gotten off work.and the lady took forever to get on the intercom telling me she was not ready so I waited. For a few more minutes until I inevitably got too cold and asked her again to which she once again said she was not ready after another minute she finally took my order. I was telling her what I wanted and she told me to slow down. So I did then after I started ordering more she interrupted me and asked if I was done ordering I told her no nd continued my order when I got to the window she took my card and rng me up then threw my food at me and when I asked her name she refused service was atrocious and when I went home to eat the burger was not how I ordered and was ice cold.

As with over 90% of Burger King's in general, it's hit or miss. There's really nothing wrong with that. Most fast food restaurants have pretty much the same expectations.
The last time we visited this location we got raw french fries. We were in the area again, so we decided to give them a second chance.
I'm addicted to the Impossible whopper (which I highly recommend), so that's what I got again. It was delicious.
The employees were nice, even funny because they were teasing each other as we do sometimes to pass time in the workplace.
We decided to eat inside because the place was empty, and we are still practicing social distancing. Ugh
Our fries were good this time, and we enjoyed being out of the heat.
I would definitely go here again.
Just check those fries to be sure they're fresh and fully cooked. 🍟

As a vegan, I can't remember the last time I set foot inside of a Burger King. However, I was incredibly pleased with my visit today and plan to eat here regularly now that they have the Impossible Whopper. The staff was very friendly, the facililty was clean, the Impossible Whopper was amazing, and the Coke Freestyle machine was delicious and fun.
