I ordered a order on the Lee’s app and when I went to pick it up, I didn’t check it because it was tight in a knot in a bag but when I got home 25 minutes later, I noticed that my whole order wasn’t there. I tried to call a couple times and the phone was just ringing and went to voicemail type thing both times I called. When I called today, the lady told me I had to go onto the lease app and request and refund that way and she will talk to that night shift about it but there’s nothing that she can do for me. One thing you can’t request on these app for a refund cause I’ve tried in second she told me because I didn’t call which I did. It’s just you guys did not answer the phone both times I called. I ordered Two drumsticks with my four piece chicken strip dinner Extra side item and extra biscuits, but didn’t receive the two legs. I come there all the time and the lady I talked to today. Kind of made me upset because she Try to tell me I didn’t call last night when I did and I have it on my phone history of calling you guys just didn’t answer the phone. The way she made me feel when I hung up was there’s nothing that they can do for me .

This is my 3rd time trying this location since they moved into the new building. The first two times my order was completely wrong, one of those times I was missing an entire $12 meal. I guess I should’ve checked before I left.
This time Im the only one in the drive thru and have been waiting 35 minutes and counting for my food. If I hadn’t already paid I’d be gone. 3 strikes and you’re out. I won’t be back. I can get bland chicken anywhere.

Everything was clean. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.

UPDATE:
This place has gone downhill quickly. On several occasions, we have gone back and every time there’s something wrong. Today’s issue.
Cold dry chicken, and raw potatoes in my potato salad.
The chicken was so dry. I can’t eat it. I can’t chew it. I can say there was one good thing about it our meals. The biscuit was fresh and yummy. Everything else not so good. And the customer service has withered away. Staff are very rude.

15 minutes before closing I tried to order chicken strips and they were out of them. I wanted to dine in with a good friend of mine to have a nice meal after work and was told they were going to be closing, and I wouldn't be able to dine inside. Cashier made things very awkward. It wasn't a good experience.

I went to the drive thru on June 11th at the new Franklin site. It was about 1:00-2:00 in the afternoon. Ordered a 2 pc, spicy breast & wing dinner, with potato wedges for both sides. When I got to window to pay, I repeated my order twice to the woman working there to make sure they got the order right. When you order all white meat you have to pay extra for that, which I was fine with. When I got home and opened the box, I could plainly see they had gotten it wrong. They gave me a thigh & wing, which I do not like dark meat at all. They got potato wedges right, except they were barely warm & kinda soggy. I could tell they had been sitting there for a while. If the worker can’t tell a breast from a thigh, they’ve got no business being in charge of filling the orders. This was my 2nd time I had been there since they opened the new place. The first time was about 2 wks ago, the food was great, the order was right. This time, not so much. Needless to say, I was not happy with this experience. Don’t know when or if I’ll be back here. Not a good way to start off a new establishment.
