The service people were quiet and they didn’t talk loud enough at all. And I ordered two cheese coneys and took a bite of it and there was a bug in it. And when i confronted them they were very rude. I don’t have any pictures of the bug or anything.

Server was very nice, checked in on us periodically and snuck us some extra crackers at the end. Food was standard with the chain and dinning area was spacious.

Having coneys in the Coney Mall area seems quite fitting. The atmosphere was great for it. As a fan of Cincinnati-style chili, this is the perfect setting.

However, this was my second time at this location, and the chili dogs and fries have been consistently bad. The bun is really soggy, the hotdogs are tough, the chili was luke-warm, and so were the fries. The fries were overcooked, hard, dry, and somewhat hollow, and odd texture for a potato. I'm sure this is from constant reheating based on demand. For the price, you'll walk away very disappointed.

Having said all that, the staff were great, professional, working really hard, and were very fast, so I will not diminish their service. I'd give them a 5/5. My portions have been consistent both times.

If this is your first time experiencing Cincinnati chili, this is not the place to do it because you may never try it again. Ultimately, you'll be missing out on a proper experience.

Skyline might be an acquired taste for some, but it's always delicious at Kings Island.
