It's been years since I've had Lee's, but we were not disappointed in either the size nor the juiciness of the chicken. The tenders were the size of breasts. We definitely got our money's worth!

First things first—the livers and gizzards are something I’ve always loved and probably always will. My mom got me hooked on them a long time ago, so there’s a little nostalgia there for me every time I get them.
But what really made me want to leave this review were the two employees working the day shift. Both were extremely polite, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about doing a good job. I especially want to mention the older lady with blonde hair. She was such a soft-spoken sweetheart and honestly reminded me a lot of my mom.
I don’t think I’ve ever taken the time to leave a review for a fast-food restaurant before, but the way I was treated today definitely deserved one. Great job, and thank you for making my visit such a pleasant one.

I asked for extra sauce, and paid for it. But never received it. When I asked again at the window they gave me a dirty look. I trusted they put it in the bag so I drove away. What did they do? They gave me one sauce cup. I try to go to Lee’s every time I’m in town from Nashville but they finally ruined it. I won’t be back because of this location and the one on Linden Ave. The only one with good service is on Stanley

Why is their drive through run by AI? They didnt ask me what to drink with my combo so I just didnt get one. They didnt get my second side. After saying we were finished with the order it kept trying to upsell us.
I hope the food is good, maybe if you dine in its better but that AI encounter just ruined a lot of the experience
Edit: There are a ton of people looking for jobs. Hire a real person and give them a proper wage. I wont be back as I dont support businesses who choose AI over people.

When does a daily special for $6.99 cost $8? When you eat at Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken.
Pulled through the drive through last night for a quick dinner. This location now uses an AI order taker.
I was greeted as soon as I pulled up and the AI voice asked if I wanted to try a Wednesday 3 piece special. I said sure how much does it cost. No answer, I waited no answer so I asked, "How much does the daily special cost?" No answer. I could barely make out a price of $6.99 on the center menu board because it looked like daily special board had a board behind it so you are looking at two backlight-images.
So I said I will have the three pieces special. The AI voice then asked would you like that bone-in or strips?"
I said strips. AI voice asked what dipping sauce. I asked for list of sauces, it replied. I picked two sauces. Then the AI voice asked for my side. That went smoothly.
Then the AI voice asked if I wanted to add a drink for a $1. I said, "No thank you.". The AI voice the said my price would be $8.81. Wait, why? I could not get the AI to tell the price at the beginning but I could read $6.99 on the menu board.
Unfortunately after the order total was given the AI voice was done with me.
So I pulled up to the window had to wait 10 minutes for the two cars in front of me to get served. When I got to the window, I ask the cost and the staff member quoted me the $8+ price, I questioned why it was over $8 when the board said $6.99.
The staff member told me the AI voice always quotes the card card cost, she explained the credit charge charge is $.50 the extra sauce was $.50.
She also told me that one of the sauces were out of stock so I said I will just get one sauce and pay with cash. I added the voice should have said if there was an extra charge for a second sauce, she said, in her best disgusted voice, it says it on the sign. I said, " Have you seen the sign, you can not read it. It looks like a sign on a sign." She answered, "I have seen it and I know, I have told them about, but there is nothing I can do."
Then she quotes me $8 cash price and I said, "I do not understand why it is not $6.99" She said, "The strips cost extra."
I said, "She (the AI voice) was the one who suggested the strips, it should have told me there was an extra charge." She just stared straight ahead at the register, obviously finished with my questions.
So I paid the $8.00 for the $6.99 special. She hands the bag out of the window with the inside of the bag, ketchup and foam container covered in baked bean sauce.
Studying the receipt, the credit charge would have been, $.31 which is the max 4% charge allowed by Ohio law.
I will not be back to Lee's Famous Bait-and-Switch. Just beware if you decide to visit them because their cost saving AI order system will cost you and you will be greeted by staff at the window that will make you wish for the friendly, deceptive AI voice again.
