The Jamba Juice by my house closed. So became a patron At this location. The staff are nice and very friendly. Never in the past was my order incorrect. They informed me that I have points or app coupons to redeem while checking out. When I’ve ordered multiple items, they’ll ask do I need a bag or a cupholder? They’re very professional and friendly. Normally Ebony, Diego and Amice helps me. They are the best!

The reason I am writing this review is because of the wonderful customer service I received from Diana and David.
Diana was incredibly helpful, and David made the experience even better. He has such a warm, positive energy, a beautiful smile, and he made my drink perfectly. I drove all the way from Marina del Rey, and the service was absolutely worth it.
Thank you, Diana, for all of your help, and thank you, David, for making my visit such a pleasant one. He is truly a star employee and a great representation of the business. Thank you.

They were every rude to elderly black woman the pregnant cashier was so rude to that elderly black lady I had to step in and they called the police on us because she couldn't count. The manager is friends with the cashier because off of a phone call told the elderly black not to come back when we talked to the the GM she was very dismissive about the disrespect that that lady fault and offered a refund of the drink. Even though the lady say she comes every day.

FOUND PIECES OF PLASTIC IN MY DRINK! First thought it was bananas strings but no an entire tooth brush was in my drink. I’m pretty sure I’ve consumed plastic at an unhealthy level!!
