I stopped in on a trip home from Sacramento. The store was packed at 8:00 PM with only Mia working. She was amazing! She took orders and efficiently prepped 9 orders. She displayed a strong work ethic and will be a success wherever she goes. She did it all with a smile. Thank you, Mia, for your great customer service!

I went in on a Tuesday afternoon and the service was a mess. There were 10 people waiting and only one person making smoothies. As the line progressed, a few more employees came out from the back. However, there was no organization whatsoever.

The food was good, but the employees weren’t greeting or helping guests, they were in the back gossiping and on their phones. At least do that in the front so you can greet and help when people come in. Training might be required for the staff on customer service.

We got Jamba bowls for take-out. Each of these bowls was $11. I feel like the Coco Whip waffle bowl was seriously low on coco whip.

Great customer service and variety of smoothies! Wish the prices would go back down. $4 for kids size (on left) & $5.50 for small 16oz.
